Hi, I’m Brit! Welcome to Home Between the Rivers blog, where I share our home education journey, yummy recipes, and other helpful tips, tricks, and insights!

Happening all around us is a movement! Parents are seeking another option, outside the normalcy of public and private schools there is a third option, home education!

As an educator’s wife, I am well aware of the current state of our public schools, and I am so grieved by this. My husband and I yearned for a different route for our kids, the Lord pressed in on us to home educate and with trepidation we said ‘YES’.

I hope to support and encourage parents saying ‘YES’ to home education by sharing insight and encouragement throughout our journey in hopes to inspire you on yours!
